Red Chilli Garlic Chutney


RED CHILLI GARLIC CHUTNEY


Ingredients:

Dry Red Chilli – 15 pcs, large
Garlic - 12 large cloves
Salt – as per taste
Cumin powder – ½ tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Water – little (optional)

Preparation:

SOAKING DRY RED CHILLI IN WATER


Soak dry red chili in 300 ml of warm water for half an hour. After that  drain the water.
Add garlic in the drained chili and put them in a grinder for a fine paste.
Add plain salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and water (if Req) and again grind to make a fine paste.

Red Chilli Garlic Chutney is ready and serve it with Momo, Chats or any snacks item.
