Milk Malai with Coconut Balls

Milk Malai with Coconut Balls is a dessert is delicious and mouthwatering too.This preparation requires a few ingredients and the main ingredients are milk, coconut and sugar. The coconut balls will give a special touch to this recipe. 




MILK MALAI WITH COCONUT BALLS


Servings: 4 
Ingerdients:


Coconut white part - 1 cup (coarsely grind)
Semoline (suji) – 1/4th cup
Sugar – 1/4th cup
Clarified Butter (ghee) – 3 / 4 tbsp
Milk – 500 liter
Khoya – ½ cup
Green Cardamom (elaichi) powder – 1/2 tbsp

Preparation:

In a bowl, add coarsely grind coconut, semolina and sugar and mix them well by your hand.




Heat a pan with ghee, add the coconut mixture and stir continuously till it becomes thick and the color of the mixture becomes little brownish.



Allow the coconut mixture to become cool and then make small round balls from the mixture. Keep it aside.

In a separate bowl put the milk and start boiling it putting the flame high. Stir continuously. When the milk becomes almost half in quantity, add khoya, mix it well with the milk and finally add cardamom powder and put the flame in low.



Add all the coconut balls in the milk and cover the lid of the pan for 3 /4 minutes in low flame.

Switch off the flame and keep it covered for another 10 minutes so that milk goes inside the coconut ball and make the balls soft. Your "Milk Malai with Coconut Ball" recipe is ready and to have best feel you can keep this in refrigetaror and serve cool.
