Green Chutney with Coriander and Pudina

GREEN CHUTNEY WITH CORIANDER AND PUDINA

Ingredients:

Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 cups
Pudina Leaves – ½ cups
Green Chilli – 3, deseeded
Garlic – 5/6 cloves
Ginger – ¼ th tbsp.
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Chana Dal (Bengal gram) – 1 and half tbsp.
Salt – as per taste
Sugar – ¼ th tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp

Preparation:

In a blender add fresh coriander Leaves, pudina Leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, chana dal, salt, sugar to make a paste. When half grinded add lemon juice and again grind it. If required add very little water and grind till it becomes a fine paste.

Serve this Green Chutney with Dhokla, Parathas, chats or any snacks items.
